What are your primary mental, technical, and tactical goals? We use practice and match journals to track progress and to help you organize your goals.
The 1/3 rule is solid. 1/3 of your court time should be instructional, 1/3 independent practice, 1/3 match play. Court time should = off court fitness, body maintenance.
